Posey, by JoCoding, Inc. Last updated 15 September 2026.
Using Posey means accepting these terms. They are short because the app is simple: it draws a pose guide on your camera and saves photos to your own library.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Posey on devices you own. You may not resell it, or take it apart to make a competing product.
Posey claims no rights over anything you photograph. Your photos are written to your own library and never sent to us.
The pose images in the app are our own artwork. They are yours to use as a guide while shooting — that is what they are for — but not to extract, redistribute, or ship in something else.
Posey Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Buy it once and it stays unlocked on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews.
Payment is taken by Apple, under Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — we cannot issue one, but Apple's process is at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free use includes three watermark removals a day. After that, a removal costs one rewarded ad. We may change those numbers for future releases; a change never takes away something you have already paid for.
Do not use Posey to photograph people without their knowledge where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy, or to produce material that is illegal where you are. This is your responsibility, not ours to police — but it is a condition of the licence.
Posey is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of defects, nor that it will work on every device or in every situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost photos, missed shots, or any other loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes appear here with a new date before taking effect. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.
